Wii U GamePad perfect fit for Watch Dogs, says senior producer

Core features will feel natural on the GamePad

The Wii U's GamePad is considered a "natural" fit for Watch Dogs, according to senior producer Dominic Guay.

Ubisoft are still working out the features for the Wii U's GamePad, but Dominic Guay believes the themes of hacking and connecting through mobile devices make it a perfect fit for the system and its GamePad controller.

In an interview with Digital Spy, Guay explains that the core features of "connectivity between players with mobile devices, the way you can control the city, the immersion," won't be hard to integrate into the Wii U's GamePad.

Guay also points out that main character "Aiden Pearce is using a device to control the city, so it's quite easy to imagine what we could do with that."

Watch Dogs is "already running" on the Wii U, Guay says, with a release on PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and PS4 expected by the end of this year.
