The third Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 DLC pack is rumoured to be titled Vengeance.
Images of supposed promotional materials for the DLC surfaced online in a YouTube video (via COD Online). While they could be fakes, the posters suggest the DLC pack will include four new multiplayer maps (Cove, Rush, Uplink, and Detour), plus a fresh Zombies level (Buried) and weapon (Ray Gun Mark II).
Whether Vengeance is the next DLC pack or not, the third of four planned expansions isn't likely to be far off. The first Black Ops 2 DLC, Revolution, released in January. It was followed by the second, Uprising, in April.
Just yesterday, Black Ops 2 game design director David Vonderhaar teased what looks like new Zombies content he's working on via Twitter:

Pulled retailer listings have suggested publisher Activision's planning to release a Black Ops 2 Game of the Year Edition.
It will launch Black Ops 2's successor, Call of Duty: Ghosts, this November. We said in our first Call of Duty: Ghosts preview: "Despite minor alterations to the formula, Call of Duty: Ghosts is exactly what it sets out to be - a tried and trusted template, rounded off to perfection with the help of some next-gen grunt."
