Gamers who pre-order Call of Duty: Ghosts at 'participating retailers' worldwide will receive a new 'dynamic' multiplayer map downloadable at launch.
Called 'Free Fall', the map represents the introduction of new 'dynamic map events' in the Call of Duty series, which see maps undergo landscape-altering events as players do battle.
Here's the official description for Free Fall: "Free Fall drops players into a shattered skyscraper on the brink of collapse. Sideways staircases climb into the night sky, elevator shafts run along the ground, and what were once windows now form a terrifying glass floor, hundreds of feet above the city streets.
"Free Fall's close-quarters combat and frenetic action are then thrown into overdrive as the ruined skyscraper continues to fall throughout the match. With every drop, the accompanying shockwaves cause further destruction, disrupting sightlines and constantly evolving paths and chokepoints as the map changes in real-time."
Activision is yet to confirm the participating retailers, but we expect the usual major players like GAME in UK and GameStop in US.
Ghosts was first unveiled at Microsoft's Xbox One reveal event, where the platform holder confirmed the continuation of its timed-exclusivity deal with Activision, which sees DLC content released for Call of Duty games arrive on the Xbox console before other platforms.
