Konami has released an official video interview featuring PES 2014 producer Kei Masuda.
In the video Masuda discusses the game's online play, Master League and Become a Legend modes and how its new tech promises to better capture the emotion of the sport.
Konami's PR campaign for PES 2014 has focused heavily on the technical aspects of the game - an interesting tactic considering the game is not coming to next-generation consoles.
A recent PES 2014 gameplay trailer claimed the Xbox 360 and PS3 game will feature 'next-gen equivalent visual quality', while talking up its effects, animations, physics and core gameplay improvements powered by the new 'Fluidity' engine.
An adapted version of Kojima Productions' Fox Engine, Fluidity allows for "the most comprehensive advance for the PES range since its inception", according to the Japanese publisher.
The game is headed to PS3, Xbox 360, PC and PSP later this year.
