Injustice Gods Among Us DLC: Martian Manhunter dated

For Xbox 360 and PS3, no mention of Wii U release

NetherRealm has announced that it's to release the Injustice: Gods Among Us Martian Manhunter DLC on Tuesday July 30 on Xbox 360 and PS3.

There was no mention of a Wii U release in a post on the Injustice Facebook page, suggesting owners of Nintendo's console will once again have to wait to get their hands on a new playable character.

Revealed as upcoming DLC with a trailer in mid-July, DC Comics character Martian Manhunter is an alien warrior mistakenly transported to Earth during a science experiment.

Martian Manhunter will follow the releases of Lobo, Batgirl, Scorpion and most recently General Zod as DLC characters.

Injustice DLC debuted on Xbox 360 and PS3 earlier this year before being made available on Wii U for the first time at the start of July.

The Injustice DLC season pass grants holders access to the first four additional characters for the price of three. It's priced at 1200 MSP (£10.28 / €14.40 / $15.00) on Xbox 360 and £11.99 on PS3. Presumably Martian Manhunter will only be available as a standalone character.

Amazon recently began listing an unannounced Injustice: Gods Among Us Game of the Year Edition for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, PC and Vita.
