The Xbox 360 controller is widely considered to be the best current-gen pad. Microsoft has claimed '40 improvements' have been made with the new Xbox One controller, and that makes it kind of a big deal.
The biggest and most obvious changes are in the triggers, which are now fatter and boast their own individual rumble feedback motors, a vastly improved d-pad and the relocation of the Xbox Home button, which has been shifted upwards and hopefully away from accidental mid-game presses.
But there are many more tweaks that, while not as immediately obvious, do culminate in an all-round improved controller. CVG's Rob Crossley goes hands-on with the new pad in the video below to offer an in-depth look at exactly what's new and how it all feels in the palm of your hands.
