Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers out in EU September 20

Out a week later than previous messaging

NIS America has confirmed a Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers EU release date of September 20.

The game will be released digitally via the EU eShop on September 25.

This represents a slight delay on a previously-announced EU release date of September September 13. No reason was offered for the delay.

Soul Hackers is an update of the 1997-released Sega Saturn game. According to the PR, "Soul Hackers delivers a first-person, dungeon-crawling RPG experience set in a future where technology and otherworldly forces meet in a macabre fusion of cyberpunk futurism and gothic horror.

"Soul Hackers tells of a city held up as a beacon of humanity's triumph of technology, but with an infernal secret. In this would-be utopia, a group of hackers take on a centuries-old mystic society, and a battle for control over humanity's fate is about to begin."
