A video seemingly recorded during a gameplay presentation at Gamescom has leaked the first gameplay footage of Obsidian's upcoming RPG spoof, South Park: The Stick of Truth.
The hand-recorded video shows the player - who controls a new kid in town - hurling fireballs created by passing wind. It also shows the game's battle system, with a battles against Cartman and other pupils.
Due for release later this year on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, South Park: The Stick of Truth is an RPG adventure developed by Fallout: New Vegas developer Obsidian Entertainment.
Originally part of the THQ stable, South Park: The Stick of Truth was acquired by Ubisoft when the former publisher dissolved in February. The move suggested another potential delay for the title, which was originally scheduled to release in 2012.
