Halo 4 lead designer moves to Dead Space studio

Scott Warner announces new position at Visceral Games

Halo 4's lead designer Scott Warner has left 343 Industries to work with Visceral Games, he has announced.

Taking to Twitter, Warner announced that he'd started work at Visceral on Monday (September 9).

Following the release of Dead Space 3 and Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel earlier this year, Visceral has made no solid announcements regarding its next projects.

According to a report in May based on leaked CV documents, the studio is working on an unannounced next-gen shooter for PS4 and Xbox One.

Meanwhile, Visceral is among three EA studios working on unannounced Star Wars titles, following the publisher's multi-year contract with Disney last May.

The future of the Dead Space series is in question follow lackluster sales for Dead Space 3. Despite the game not reaching its target, EA labels president Frank Gibeau insists the game is "not out of rotation".
