iOS 7 will also include support for third-party game controllers.

Apple boss Tim Cook said during an iPhone event today that the firm will ship its 700 millionth iOS device next month, saying iOS is set to become the world's "most popular operating system".

Apple today officially unveiled the iPhone 5S and its entry-level companion the iPhone 5C. Both will be available in stores in North America on September 20.

The iPhone 5S is powered by a new 64-bit A7 processor, which Apple boss Tim Cook called "a huge leap forward", noting graphics and CPU speeds that are "twice as fast". It will be "the world's first smartphone with 64-bit desktop-class architecture", said Apple in the official PR. Hit the above link for full details, images and videos.
