Ducktales: Remastered hits US retail in November

Classic series makes a return to shop shelves after 20 year hiatus

A physical retail version of Ducktales: Remastered will be released in North America shops on November 12, Capcom has confirmed.

The retail version, coming for Wii U, PS3 and Xbox 360, will be identical to the digital version currently available via XBLA, PSN, Wii U eShop and Steam. It will cost $19.99.

Marking the 24th anniversary of the original title, Ducktales: Remastered was developed by WayForward and features the original cartoon voice actors.

A HD remake of the 1989 Nintendo classic, Ducktales: Remastered released for PS3 last month to mixed reviews, with CVG writing that it's "beautiful to look at but lacking in innovation or depth".

Capcom notes that the arrival of the retail version in November will be the first time a Ducktales game has been released in stores since the Gameboy version of DuckTales 2 came out in 1993.
