Ubisoft has confirmed that its cross-game service Uplay will be making the leap to PS4 and Xbox One.
The service will provide its suite of features, as well as Uplay Win rewards, to Ubisoft's next-gen titles including Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, Just Dance 2014, The Crew and Watch Dogs.
The firm has also announced an October release date for Uplay PC 4.0, which will add Twitch streaming integration that allows users to stream gameplay footage directly via the popular video service.
Update 4.0 will also introduce an improved download manager which "allows for the progressive download of games and auto-patching", and a new social wall that "keeps members up-to-date on their friends' activities".
The Uplay service has fallen victim to a number of hacker intrusions in recent years, including earlier this year when Ubisoft admitted that "user names, email addresses and encrypted passwords" had been compromised.
