Assassin's Creed 4 receives firm PS4, PC, Xbox One release dates

Wii U version delayed in UK; new 'Pirate Heist' trailer and screens released

Ubisoft has confirmed release dates for all versions of Assassin's Creed 4.

In the UK, the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game will launch on November 1 as previously planned, but the Wii U edition will no longer make that date. It will now launch alongside the newly dated PC version, and the Xbox One and PS4 editions, on November 22.

In the US, the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U versions of the game are set to launch on October 29. The PS4 version will follow on November 15, the PC one on November 19, and the Xbox One version on November 22.

Additionally, Ubisoft has released a new Assassin's Creed 4 trailer titled 'Pirate Heist'. Earlier this month, Ubisoft released an Assassin's Creed 4 trailer highlighting the some of the technological advancements made in the Xbox One, PS4 and PC versions of Black Flag. It also released an Assassin's Creed 4 multiplayer trailer.
