Developer NimbleBit has partnered with Disney for a new hybrid smartphone game called Star Wars: Tiny Death Star.
As the title suggests, the game is a spin off of NimbleBit's iOS hit Tiny Tower, this time with players ditching skyscraper planning in favour of building their own Death Star.
"Live life on the dark side and join Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader on a mission to attract Galactic bitizens, run intergalactic businesses, and build an all-new Death Star," read an announcement from Disney.
"Construct unique Star Wars themed locations to attract iconic characters and species to your space station in this 8-bit style game."
The game is slated to release "soon" for mobile devices.
The original Tiny Tower tasks players with micro-managing their own skyscraper, adding new floors, hiring staff for businesses and filling apartments with tenants. Apple declared it best iPhone game in 2011.
