Assassin's Creed IV available for pre-purchase on Steam

Pre-order the digital version to receive bonus items

The Steam version of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag is now available for pre-purchase, with free bonus items available to those who do.

Players who pre-purchase the standard edition of the game for £39.99 / €49.99 / $59.99 will receive three exclusive bonus items:

  • Captain Kenway's Legacy Pack: Golden Scimitars and Multiplayer Treasure Hunter Costume

  • Pirates Bounty Pack: German Rapiers & Compass Relic

  • Sacrificed Secrets Pack: Dark and dangerous treasure-hunting mission on Sacrifice Island; Unlock Captain Drake's Dual Swords and Pistols, Picture, Title, and Relics

Meanwhile, a fourth extra pre-order bonus is available to those who pre-purchase the 'digital deluxe edition' for £44.99 / €59.99 $79.99. This package offers:

Trove of Mystery: This pack contains The Matched Golden Swords and Treasure Hunter Costume, Picture and Title. The Ivory Wheel, and one exclusive The Cartographer picture, relic, title and emblem.

These bonuses are not to be confused with the extra items already included in the deluxe edition of the game. This version already comes with three new areas to explore (Sacrifice Island, Black Island and Mystery Island), each with access to new outfits and weapons for protagonist Edward, and figureheads and sails for the player's ship.

It also contains two DLC packs: The Castaway's Prize (containing The German Rapiers and The Discoverer picture, title, relic and emblem) and Aveline (a "memorable and epic adventure composed of three missions").

Both versions of the game are available for pre-purchase now on the Assassin's Creed IV Steam page.
