Epic has fired off a new Unreal Engine 4 demonstration video showing off the engine's visual effects.
Epic's Tim Elek and Zak Parrish discuss the effects and techniques used to put together the real-time 'Infiltrator' tech demo that was released back in March.
They discuss advanced GPU particle simulation and collision, materials, dynamic particle lights and other visual effects that were seen in the Infiltrator video.
The high-end PC was made up of a single Nvidia GTX680 graphics card coupled with 16GB of RAM and a "recent" CPU, the developer said.
Speaking in a meeting attended by CVG, Epic VP Mark Rein hinted that eventually Infiltrator will run on Sony's next-gen console.
