Machinarium and Botanicula studio Amanita Design has released the first teaser trailer for Samorost 3.
The point-and-click adventure sequel is planned for release in 2015 on PC, Mac, iOS and Android. It will star the space gnome from earlier games in the series and his dog, who he rescued from an alien abduction in Samorost 2, which won Best Web Browser Game at 2007's Independent Games Festival and a 2007 Webby in the games category.
Czech Republic-based Amanita's first full length game was Machinarium. First released on PC, Mac and Linux in 2009, the critically-acclaimed point-and-click title was successful enough to see later releases on PS3, iPad, Android, BlackBerry PlayBook and Vita. The studio's second full-length game was 2012's Botanicula.
