4J Studios has said it's currently readying Minecraft PS3 Edition for testing ahead of release.

Minecraft was announced for PS4, PS3 and Vita in August 2013. At the time, it was expected that the game would be a PS4 launch title, although that is not the case.

The Xbox One version of Minecraft was announced at E3 in June. Building off the 360 version, it promises "larger maps for more complex structures, expanded multiplayer features and enhanced gameplay".
