Square Enix will show at least two new trailers at the Spike TV VGX event this Saturday.
The company's VP of Marketing Karl Stewart teased the news on Monday when he said via Twitter, "Just reviewed the final cuts of both trailers we're showing at next Saturdays @spiketv #VGX. Amazing stuff from the teams as ever. Can't wait."
Stewart revealed no further information, leaving which games will be shown open to speculation.
Square Enix has already teased a 'Tomb Raider Definitive Edition' reveal, following strong rumours that the firm plans to release a definitive edition of its latest Tomb Raider game on PS4.
"It's so hard to keep a secret these days," said a spokesperson. "We appreciate all of the enthusiasm, however we don't have any details to share just yet. That said, we highly recommend you keep an eye on any major gaming events happening in early December."
Tomb Raider Definitive Edition was first listed by Amazon Italy, which says it will include the original game bundled with all the DLC and a limited edition art book. The site also listed the same game for another unknown platform, suggesting a potential Xbox One or PC release.
Square may also use the VGX to show off more of its 2014 Thief reboot, headed to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC in February 2014.
The VGX event kicks off this Saturday, December 7.
