Gran Turismo 6 will receive a free update today that will add a new content as part of a partnership with Red Bull Racing.
The update will introduce a new Red Bull X Challenge, and feature 2013 Formula 1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel added to the game as a racing mentor.
The update also adds the Red Bull Racing Kart and Red Bull X2014 Junior - the first two of four Red Bull cars coming to GT6, designed in collaboration with Red Bull F1 chief technical officer Adrian Newey.
"I've been playing Gran Turismo since I was 12, so to appear in the game myself as a mentor is great. I hope everyone enjoys the game," commented Vettel.
Red Bull X2014 Standard and Fan cars are planned for the 'second phase' of the Red Bull X Challenge coming in a future update.
Today's version 1.02 update will also bring the following changes:

In CVG's Gran Turismo 6 review, we called the racer "a huge leap over GT5 and a glorious graphical showcase for PS3".
