BioShock Infinite free to US PS Plus subs from Tuesday

Irrational Games' PS3 epic joins the Instant Game Collection

The next game to join the US Instant Game Collection will be Irrational Games' BioShock Infinite for PS3.

The first-person shooter will become free to US PlayStation Plus subscribers as part of this week's PlayStation Store update on Tuesday.

In our BioShock Infinite review we said the game's "sky-high with character, conspiracy, controversy and chaos".

Although we said it doesn't innovate as much as we'd expected, we think it's still a "great all-round" game with "razor-sharp shooting".

Also as part of this week's PS Store update, Sony will offer discounts on more than 20 titles across PlayStation 3 and PS Vita for US PlayStation Store shoppers.

Last week's US PS Store update added indie game Don't Starve for PS4 and Ninja Theory's reboot DMC: Devil May Cry for PS3 to the US Instant Game Collection.
