Naughty Dog's The Last of Us has received 13 nominations for this year's DICE Awards - the most of any title.
The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences confirmed its official list of nominees on Thursday, ahead the the awards show itself on February 6.
The Last of Us topped the nominations count, with Grand Theft Auto V, BioShock Infinite, Tearaway and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag also picking up five or more nominations in a total of 24 categories.
Naughty Dog has via Twitter that it's "floored and deeply honored" in response to the news.
The PS3-exclusive survival adventure game released in June last year, receiving widespread critical acclaim including a 10/10 review on CVG, in which we called it "a remarkable achievement, and one of those rare games that you never want to end as you approach the finale".
GTA V, The Last of Us, ACIV and BioShock Infinite join The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds in the Game of the Year category. The full list of nominees is on the official AIAS site.
The February 6 event, coinciding with the DICE summit, will take place at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. A live stream covering the event will commence 7:30pm PST/10:30pm ET.
The first DLC campaign expansion for The Last of Us, titled 'Left Behind', will be released on February 14, developer Naughty Dog confirmed on Wednesday.
