Dragon Age: Inquisition concept art shows off environments

A look at the varied locales of BioWare's next action RPG

BioWare has rounded up a new set of concept art images for its upcoming action RPG, Dragon Age: Inquisition.

The images offer a glimpse of the mountains, swamps, forests and temples that make up the apparently varied lands of the new sequel. This follows a batch of concept images posted last week.

Still deep in development, executive producer Mark Darrah said in December that the main storyline is playable from beginning to end, shortly after thirty minutes of off-screen Dragon Age: Inquisition gameplay footage leaked online.

We said in our most recent Dragon Age: Inquisition preview: "For many fans, Bioware must atone for recent misfires. In Dragon Age: Inquisition, with its expansive customisation, meaty combat, vast lands, and increased focus on moral choice, they're right on target."

The game is scheduled for release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in the autumn of 2014
