Phoenix Wright original trilogy coming to 3DS

Ace Attorney 123: Wright Selection confirmed for Japan

Capcom is releasing an Ace Attorney compilation on 3DS which features the first three games in the series.

Entitled Ace Attorney 123: Wright Selection, the compilation will be coming to Japan on April 14, Gematsu reports.

The games featured are Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Ace Attorney: Justice For All and Ace Attorney: Trials And Tribulations, all of which starred Phoenix Wright as the protagonist.

Each title will be enhanced to support stereoscopic 3D, and will also include the option to play with the English script (although importers will still need to own a Japanese 3DS, as the game is region-coded).

A limited edition version including a "drama CD" is also planned, but no further details have been confirmed.

The most recent entry from the series, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies, was given a digital-only release in October 2013.

Wright also stars in Professor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright, which is set for European release on March 28.

Ace Attorney 123: Wright Selection will launch in Japan on April 14, priced at 3990 (£23/$38).
