Blizzard's Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft open beta test has gone live in North America, with other regions set to gain access within "the next few days".
To download the free-to-play card game users need to visit playhearthstone.com and click the 'Play Free Now' button.
Hearthstone was originally due to enter open beta in December, but the milestone was pushed into 2014 at the last minute.
At the time, Hearthstone production director Jason Chayes said Blizzard believed that not rushing the game to open beta was "the right thing to do".
"The development team has been working hard to get this out before the end of , but our highest priority is that Hearthstone has an awesome launch when all gates are lifted and everyone can download it and play at the same time," he said.
At BlizzCon in November, Blizzard revealed that Hearthstone is in development for iPhone and Android, in addition to PC and tablet devices.
Blizzard said in a blog post today: "It's been a crazy past few months for all of us on the Hearthstone team.
"We announced Hearthstone at PAX East back in March, began the Closed Beta Test in August, had a blast at BlizzCon with the Innkeeper's Invitational, and we were excited to announce Android and iPhone support. Now we're ready to unleash the awesomeness of Hearthstone to you with Open Beta."
