A video game based on the Sons Of Anarchy TV series will happen in the future, according to the show's creator Kurt Sutter.
The writer took to Twitter late last night to announce that a game would eventually be released.
"I cannot give you any more details, but I will tell you that there will definitely be an SOA game, and it's pretty fucking awesome," he tweeted.
"No, it's not a board game," he went on. "First person, action adventure. HD graphics. It represents the evolution of gaming. I'm hard just typing this."
Debuting in September 2008, Sons Of Anarchy is a drama series about the lives of a motorcycle club in California. The show's sixth season recently ended.
Sutter has been trying to greenlight a Sons Of Anarchy video game for some time now, but with no success.
In August 2012 he expressed doubt that one would ever happen, stating that the project wasn't considered a priority at the show's production company FX Productions.
"With games in decline it's very risky," he said on Twitter at the time. "As a gamer, it's my responsibility to deliver a great game. not some half promotional piece of shit like Game Of Thrones. To do that means time and $$$."
