Wacky multiplayer shooter due out later this month

The 'Chum Rush' trailer serves as a brief teaser ahead of the game's release on Xbox 360 and Xbox One later this month.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is set to feature "more than" ten maps and three modes: two 12v12 competitive multiplayer types called Garden & Graveyards and Team Vanquish, and a four-player co-operative mode called Garden Ops.

A recent gameplay video showed off the game's 'Gardens & Graveyards' mode, which is described as a cross between Battlefield's Conquest and Rush modes, and another focused on the 'Garden-Ops' co-op mode.

The game, due for release on February 25 in North America and February 27 in Europe, is available for pre-order now via the firm's digital distribution service Origin and other retailers, for $29.99 on Xbox 360 and $39.99 on Xbox One. The PC version, out in 'Spring' is $34.99.
