JoJo's Bizarre Adventure releasing in late April

CyberConnect2's flashy fighter dated in EU and NA

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle will release on April 25 in Europe and April 29 in North America.

The fighting game based on the pose-striking, move-shouting JoJo's franchise is a PlayStation 3 exclusive. It was developed by CyberConnect2, otherwise known for Asura's Wrath and the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja series.

Physical copies of the game will be available in the US exclusively through and Club Namco. Pre-ordering the game through Club Namco will unlock purple-suited serial killer Yoshikage Kira, while pre-ordering through Amazon will unlock the unnerving Shigekiyo "Shigechi" Yangu. European pre-orderers receive both.

The game will also be available for digital purchase through the PlayStation Store.

All-Star Battle was released in Japan in August 2013. Other than sharing the universe of Hirohiko Araki's manga, it is unrelated to Capcom's 1999 fighting game JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

The series is known for over-the-top combat between flashy characters and their otherworldly "stands," as demonstrated in All Star Battle's reveal trailer.
