rePLAY: Symphony of Heroes brings video game orchestra to North America

rePLAY: Symphony of Heroes, a concert dedicated to video game music, begins its tour of North America on April 19.

rePLAY: Symphony of Heroes is said to be the "spiritual successor" to the popular EU concert, Play! A Video Game Symphony.

The show features orchestrated music from several big video games including Journey, The Elder Scrolls, Halo, Final Fantasy, God of War, Metal Gear Solid, and many other iconic titles from both the triple-A and indie scene.

The show also features original productions, including an all new arrangement of music from 'BioShock', created in collaboration with the game's original composer, Garry Schyman, and new HD videos which are played on a large screen to coincide with the music.

The concert makes it's debut at St. Petersburg's Mahaffey Theater on April 19. Ticket prices range from $35 to $100.

Upcoming venues include Atlanta, Houston, Toronto, Montreal, Monterrey and Mexico City. View the schedule so far here.
