Video: Explore Elder Scrolls Online's adventure zone

Bethesda has released a new video that details the first post-release count for Elder Scrolls Online: the Craglorn adventure zone.

Unlike The Elder Scrolls Online's other regions, Craglorn is specifically made for four-person groups of at least veteran rank 10. These teams will set out across the zone to find out why the constellations have disappeared from the sky in the zone's main quest line.

They will also encounter quests as they explore the area, including daily repeatable missions and instanced "delves," which creative director Paul Sage said are "almost like a mini dungeon set up just for your group."

The zone houses the first instanced "trials," which are intended for experienced teams of 12. Players compete to clear each trial's monsters and environmental hazard as quickly possible and with as few deaths as possible. Securing a top slot on the trial's leaderboard will also secure tangible rewards for the team.

The Elder Scrolls Online released on PC and Mac on Friday along with a new cinematic trailer.

Xbox One and PS4 versions of The Elder Scrolls Online will be released in June 2014. Bethesda has confirmed that the PS4 version of the game will not require a PS Plus subscription to play, while the Xbox One version will require an Xbox Live Gold membership.
