Ubisoft has published the first two parts of a behind-the-scenes documentary for Ghost Recon Phantoms.
The videos explore the title's roots beginning with Ghost Recon Future, then tracks its development through 11 of Ubisoft's internal studios.
"We try to be true to the roots of Ghost Recon, and to the tactical nature of the game whilst innovating because we're doing something that's brand new," producer Julien Carron said.
Phantoms producer Corey Facteau said that the game attracted five million players in beta, providing enough feedback to hone "what makes the game unique, the blending of intense shooters with the teamwork and tactical depth of MOBAs."
A video published April 1 shows off the title's matchmaking and 'ModMaster' weapon customization system, among other planned updates.
The title, which was until recently called Ghost Recon Online, is set for release on Steam on April 10, when a number of new features will be made available.
