The PS4 edition of Naughty Dog's critically acclaimed The Last of US will render in 1080p resolution in addition to a string of other improvements listed by online retailer Amazon.
Among the enhancements, The Last of Us on PS4 will boast higher resolution character models, improved shadows and lighting, "in addition to several other gameplay improvements".
The Last of Us Remastered, as it is officially titled on Amazon, will include the Abandoned and Reclaimed Territories map packs, along with the critically acclaimed Left Behind single player DLC.
Another retailer, based in Spain, has said the game will arrive June 19. The PS4 title is expected to retail at full-price, at $60, though Sony has yet to confirm exact release details.
PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida has, however, confirmed that the long-rumoured game is genuine.

The Last of Us was hailed by CVG readers as the Game of the Generation, and the editorial team voted it third in the era. It has won countless awards, including several BAFTAs.

According to Sony, The Last of Us sold more than 3.4 million copies between its release on June 14 and July 3 last year, making it the fastest selling new franchise in PS3's history and, at the time, the console's quickest selling game of 2013. In mid-March, Sony said that The Last of Us sales had cleared six million units.
Naughty Dog creative director Druckmann recently said there's a 50/50 chance that a The Last of Us sequel will be developed.
