Infamous Second Son developer Sucker Punch has confirmed that players will not receive a new power set upon completing the Paper Trail DLC mission series.
Paper Trail, a six-part episodic side story starring Delsin and fellow super-powered conduit Celia, kicked off with a day-one patch for the game. Sucker Punch elected to temper expectations for the story's in-game rewards before it concludes on Friday.
Paper Power would have been cool. Creating a new power set requires a lot of time.. Hope you enjoy the free content and new bonus items!— Sucker Punch (@SuckerPunchProd) April 22, 2014
The studio noted that players will receive Celia's paper rabbit mask and four custom jackets upon completing Paper Trail.
A new share-friendly Photo Mode was added to the game last week, letting players pause the action to set up and shoot interesting new angles on Delsin and the virtual city of Seattle. It also added an optional 30fps framerate cap and a time-of-day selection which unlocks after finishing the main campaign.
In our Infamous Second Son review, we said it has "flashes of excellence, but overall it feels a little too familiar."
