Square Enix has announced that it will be holding Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn fan festivals later this year.
According to the game's official blog, there will be three events in total, each taking place in a different continent.
The North American festival will be held in Las Vegas, the European one will take place in London and the Japanese one will be in Tokyo.
"It is with great pleasure that we announce our first major fan event," reads a statement on the site. "Players can look forward to a host of stage events, activities, special guests, and more."
The events are scheduled to take place between October and November 2014, with Square Enix promising more information as the date approaches.
Earlier in April, Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn user account registrations have topped two million worldwide.
The game is a completely overhauled version of 2010's Final Fantasy XIV, which received such a poor reception that Square Enix announced in October 2011 that it would be giving the troubled game a massive version 2.00 update, which would go on to become A Realm Reborn.
In CVG's Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn review, we called it "the best Final Fantasy game in years and the finest MMO you can currently play on a console".
