Dragon Age: Inquisition screens show Emerald Graves

Panoramic images offer glimpse at the Dales

Four new screenshots for Dragon Age: Inquisition show the Emerald Graves, ancient resting place of Dalish elves.

The panoramic images (make sure you click through and view them full size) provide a far-reaching view of the peaceful setting, from sylvan paths to misty waterfalls. They also show some of the encroaching camps that have moved in since the elves were cast out.

The screens posted to Dragon Age's official Facebook page also included the seven images of the frosty Emprise du Lion which leaked last week.

Aside from impressive vistas, an earlier set of 22 screenshots showed some new and some familiar warriors and their beastly foes.

Those came along with fresh information about the game's Warrior, Mage and Rogue classes, including details on one of the three specialisations each will unlock as they grow in power.

Publisher EA has confirmed a Dragon Age Inquisition release date of October 7 in North America and October 10 in Europe.

The announcement coincided with the publication of a new CVG Dragon Age Inquisition interview, in which producer Cameron Lee explains how the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One game will let players shape the world while retaining a strong narrative thread.
