Far Cry 4, Assassin's Creed Unity headline Ubisoft's E3

Publisher reveals lineup for June trade show

Ubisoft has unveiled the bulk of its lineup for E3 2014, with demonstrations of Assassin's Creed Unity and Far Cry 4 headlining the publisher's presence.

Other Ubisoft games set to appear at E3 include The Division, The Crew, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, and some unannounced titles. Ubisoft will host its E3 media briefing at 3pm PT (11pm UK) on June 9.

The briefing will be hosted once more by actress and comedian Aisha Tyler, and will be streamed live on Ubisoft's YouTube and Twitch accounts.

"This year's E3 is the time for us to showcase the latest rich, immersive experiences our talented development teams are creating," Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said in a post on the UbiBlog. "These deeper, more connected and more social worlds take better advantage of the new generation's capabilities, and we're confident that we've got something in our lineup to get every type of gamer excited."

Assassin's Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, and The Crew are set to launch by the end of the year. Ubisoft has penciled in The Division for an autumn 2015 release, though an alleged inside source has called that date "a bit optimistic".

At Ubisoft's E3 2013 media briefing, the publisher announced The Crew, The Division, and Trials Fusion. It didn't mention Beyond Good & Evil 2 despite some pre-show teases.
