CD Projekt Red and subsidiary GOG plan to host their own pre-E3 event, complete with new footage and details on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The Venice Beach, California event hosted by CDPR co-founder Marcin Iwiński will start on June 5 at 11am PST / 7 pm UK and will be streamed online on The Witcher 3's website.
The studio plans to unveil the game's Collector's Edition and show off The Witcher Adventure Game at the event. It will also address the future of GOG's online storefront.
Iwinski brushed off 1080p and 720p as mainly "a PR differentiation" earlier in May, saying that it made little difference to the majority of console gamers. He assured fans that the game will not include separate content across its console releases.
The Witcher 3 was originally planned for release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One by the end of 2014, but in March CD Projekt delayed the open-world RPG to February 2015.
