Sony announced at E3 on Monday that it has released a new indie game for PlayStation 4 called Entwined.
Developed by a small graduate team, the indie curio lets players "experience a tale about a bird and a fish that are in love but can never be together".
The player must control the two origami creatures simultaneously and take them through nine lifetimes to complete the journey to unite their souls. The game has similarities to last year's Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons in that one character is controlled using the left analogue stick and the other with the right.
Entwined was shown during Sony's E3 press conference, where it was also announced the game would be available for PS4 immediately for $9.99, and would be released for PS3 and PS Vita in the future.
During Sony's conference the ex art director at Journey developer Thatgamecompany has revealed his new project, Abzu, a PS4 exclusive underwater adventure.
