Square Enix has released a new Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call trailer that samples the music from Final Fantasy's much loved 16-bit era.
The video features a look at the rhythm action playing songs from Final Fantasy IV, V and VI, with a small surprise at the end.
This is the second in a series of videos that chronicles songs from Final Fantasy games through the ages. The previous video offered a glimpse of tunes from the 8-bit NES classics.
The 3DS game is a rhythm action adventure taking in every game in the Final Fantasy series, with three different types of gameplay - Field, Battle and Event.
Whereas the first game contained around 70 songs, Curtain Call will feature 221, including almost every song and all 52 DLC tracks made available for its predecessor. It will also feature over 60 playable characters, compared to the 41 included in the first game.
Square Enix has announced a Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call release date of North America on September 16 and in Europe on September 19.
