Nintendo offers 19 hands-on games at Comic-Con

Nintendo Gaming Lounge at Marriott Marquis & Marina open to public

Nintendo will offer hands-on time with Super Smash Bros for Wii U & 3DS, Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, and more at San Diego Comic-Con.

The company laid out its plans for the July 24-27 event in a press release issued Thursday. Several of the titles will playable by the public for the first time at the event.


Nineteen games will be featured at the 'Nintendo Gaming Lounge' in the Marriott Marquis & Marina hotel, located adjacent to the convention grounds.

Visitors will also be able to check out a display of Amiibo figurines and check out a Tomodachi Life-themed R&R area.

It will also host the Nintendo Challenge Live stage show and the previously announced Super Smash Bros for 3DS tournament, both of which will be streamed on Nintendo's Twitch channel.
