Hearthstone: Curse of Naxxramas expansion release date confirmed

Single-player adventure set for release next week in US

The first episode of the upcoming Hearthstone expansion, Curse of Naxxramas: A Hearthstone Adventure, will be released in The Americas on July 22 and a day later in Europe, Blizzard has confirmed.

Naxxramas - the first single-player campaign in Hearthstone - will give players access to a series of increasingly challenging boss fights, along with new cards and a new game board. The adventure will be divided into five wings, each home to multiple bosses.

Blizzard will release one wing per week in the following order: Arachnid Quarter, Plague Quarter, Military Quarter, Construct Quarter, and Frostwyrm Lair.

Each wing will cost $6.99/£4.99 or 700 in-game gold, which can be earned without spending real money by completing various challenges. However, the first wing, the Arachnid Quarter, will be free to all during its first month of availability as part of a launch period offer.

Full pricing details are through here.
