Microsoft has released a video of the hour-long Halo: Nightfall San Diego Comic-Con panel held last week.
Panellists include 343 Industries executive producer Kiki Wolfkill, Halo franchise development director Frank O'Connor, plus key Halo: Nightfall cast and crew, who share new details about the live action series' story and production.
Set between Halo 4 and next year's Halo 5: Guardians, the Ridley Scott-produced series will be included as part of November's Halo: The Master Chief Collection for Xbox One. Episodes will be released on a weekly basis commencing from the game's launch.
Nightfall introduces a new character, Jameson Locke, who's set to play a major role in Halo 5. He's described as "a legendary manhunter and agent with the Office of Naval Intelligence, Earth's most powerful and secretive military branch", which sends a team to investigate terrorist activity on a distant colony and discovers an "ancient, hellish artefact".
