'Assassin's Creed: Rogue' could be the title of this year's new AC game for Xbox 360 and PS3, if a retailer listing proves to be a leak.
Listings for the aforementioned title were spotted on the website of Swiss retailer World of Gaming on Wednesday, leading to speculation that it may have prematurely leaked the name of Ubisoft's new last-gen Assassin's Creed title.
According to the now-removed listings (pictured right, via AGB), the game is set to release on PS3 and Xbox 360 alongside Assassin's Creed Unity on October 28.
According to reports, the game will let players sail up and down the Atlantic coast in control of a Templar sailor.
The sources described the Xbox 360 and PS3 game as a cross between Assassin's Creed III and the Freedom Cry DLC for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag. Players will be able to visit New York City among other east coast destinations.
Ubisoft is yet to announce this year's new Assassin's Creed game for last-gen platforms, but the firm plans to announce the first details on the Xbox 360 and PS3 title "soon", according to company CEO Yves Guillemot speaking during a financials call earlier in July.
