Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus coming to PS Vita in Europe

Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! also to be published "in the coming months"

Marvelous Europe has announced it will be publishing cult titles Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus and Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! for the PS Vita in Europe "in the coming months".

Taking the gameplay of its predecessor, Senran Kagura Burst, Shinovi Versus ratchets up the action, while introducing ten new characters to the game, taking the roster to a total of 20 ninjas from across the Hanzō National Academy, the Homura Crimson Squad, the Gessen Girls' Academy and the Hejibo Clandestine Girls' Academy.

The game also features online multiplayer for up to four players using the PS Vita's Wi-Fi capabilities.

Senran Kagura Bon Appétit!, meanwhile, swaps fighting for cooking. Players must compete in a contest held by Master Hanzō, with the winner attaining a magical ninja scroll.

"Each of the characters has their own personal motivation to enter and win the competition," Marvelous explains, "and these stories are told over five separate 'cooking battles' against other characters.

"The storyline for each character is typical of other titles in the franchise, with plenty of offbeat humour and over the top cutscenes."
