Preview Valve's Portal now!

Get a taste of Valve's forthcoming puzzle thing with the precursor Narbacular Drop
Impressed by yesterday's trailer showing off Valve's head-spinning Source puzzler, Portal? Then you might be interested to know that Narbacular Drop, essentially the precursor to Portal, is available for download.

Narbacular Drop was originally developed by a group of students at the Digipen Institute of Technology, before Valve noticed the project and quickly snapped them up to create Portal. The graphics aren't as pretty but the concept is virtually the same - after a few minutes play we were replicating scenes from Valve's trailer and had to sit down to stop our heads from spinning.

Portal ships with Half-Life 2: Episode Two at the end of the year. If you haven't seen the Portal trailer yet, click the link up top in the first paragraph to find out what all the fuss is about.
