Double Dragon co-op on Live Arcade

Retro punch 'em up set for Xbox Live Arcade debut with online co-op mode
If you don't remember this beauty go and ask your dad. It was a classic and one of the first fighting games that lets two players kick and punch their way through level after level of punks to save a hot pixelated honey at the end.

OXM360 reports that the download is only 12.56MB and the Live Arcade version will feature enhanced graphics as well as co-op mode you can play over Live.

There's no word on cost and price of the download yet.

Very Happy Ah the mist of age does not dull the memory of putting 10p into this clasic back in the day. Using the elbow smash on all enemies and finishing the game on a single credit mmmhh. Oh well can it be that good these days hopefully if not back to the cup of cocoa and slippers!

Agreed. Good old days when games cost 10p a go and actually lasted more than 5 mins! No wonder arcade gaming is in decline...It bloody costs Ł1 a go!

Man this has got me excited. But I sure hope its at a reasonable price. Or if its gonna be pricey, then why not also include DD2 in the same download as well? Its practically the same game.(and lets all forget DD3)

Yep let's all forget about DD3, what were they thinking with pay more money to get extra moves Ha. If asked what was my favourtie game of all time, DD1 would be the first thing that would pop into my mind and Ikari Warrior 1 or 2 (it's hard to make the choice) being the second. Love those games.
