Shadow of the Colossus developer Team Ico is working on a new game for the PlayStation 3, the latest issue of Famitsu has revealed.
No further details are offered in the Japanese mag, though going by the studio's last two titles we absolutely can't wait to see what it's capable of conjuring up on next-gen hardware.
We expect to hear more details before the year's out.
OMG this is very good news for Sony and PS fanboys! SotC is one of the best games i have ever played and Ico was amazing! Just think what they are doing with the PS3! watch out for this one it's going to be AMAZING if it's anything less than that i'll eat my own head!
hmm, it'd be certainly interesting to see what the talented guys could do with the sixaxis if the next game involves killing giants after scaling them.
still havnt got round to completing SOTC ..(played it round mates) but ICO...was seminal (still get rushes from the shear scale and atmosphere) these guys have got a talent with playstation architecture ...heres hoping for another great game! (and hopefully sells for them ) great games...poor sales-whats wrong with that
This was an inevitable announcement. And a good one too. ICO and SOTC were two of the best games of the last generation on any platform (I even borrowed a PS2 to play them) so another game from this team is great news.
