New Halo 3 viral begins

Latest Halo 3 marketing e-mail contains cryptic poem and forerunner image
A new piece of Halo 3 marketing has been dispatched from the official Xbox.com mailing list.

Included is a cryptic poem rambling on about "grim tidings", "the Gears of the universe" and other stuff blatantly referring to Halo's flood. There's also an image of a new forerunner environment in the background.

The e-mail comes hot on the heels of last week's bit of forum viral, where mysterious Bungie.net moderator 'Adjutant Reflex' was causing a bit of a stir on the official Halo 3 forums.

We're still waiting for the new I Love Bees to pop up - which these messages are almost certainly pre-emptying.

You can see the latest e-mail image on the right.

Pre-emptying?

Surely you mean "Pre-empting"?

I need a job, and you need a proof reader - how about it? Cool
