New MotorStorm track dated

Coyote Revenge track due to go live this Thursday
Sony has said that the new Motorstorm track, dubbed Coyote Revenge, will be available to download via the PlayStation Store this Thursday. Will it be enough to inject a second life into the racer?

The new track, which is basically a mirror of the Coyote track, will then be backed up with two new vehicles, details of which are still to be unveiled by Sony. The first vehicle download should be with us on September 13 with the next on Sept 27, the day after Halo 3 hit in the UK coincidently.

We jumped on MotorStorm online at the weekend and there was still plenty of action to be found. Since the update games are much easy to find and join. Give it another look, especially when the new track goes live on Thursday.

I will give it another look. It's been a while since I played Motorstorm, so I bet it would be quite fresh now, especially with the new track.

On a side note - I bought a steering wheel for 360 and PGR3 is great again. Very Happy Pity the wheel does'nt work for my Ps3 as well. Sad

When GT5/prologue comes out I'll have to buy another! Yep, I am a sucker. Laughing

It's a lot better now they've tweaked the online side of things.

You've got laugh when news of a single downloadable track makes headline news!

It's a good job every PC mod and addon doesn't get the same treatment.

Tried Motorstorm last night for the first time in weeks and it was ace. Nothing beats the sight of sun-rays through a massive plume of dust. I do, however, have a few suggestions for a later patch:

1) Have replays of 1 player races.
2) Be able to watch online races (PGR3).
3) Customisable vehicles.
