Yes, this is the only time when we'll describe the rainy weather in London as 'awesome', but in PGR4 is truly is, and here's the video for you to see it for yourself.
First off we jump into a Ferrari Enzo (a personal favourite) and blast around the incredible-looking Tokyo in clear weather, just to give you a feel for the insane speed and how tight the handling really is.

Next up we get on a bike and blast around London in heavy rain. Yes, the rain looks amazing but the cool thing here is that it does much more than make for a wet surface.
Keep a sharp eye out for the huge puddles which, when you're going fast enough, completely screw up your traction as your bike aquaplanes over the water. It's not easy, but gladly, we managed to keep the bike wheel-side-down for the benefit of the video.
The snow presents a similar problem as we show you here in the new Shanghai city in a Mercedes. The patches of snow on the course completely take away all traction. Your steering control disappears and if you hit a patch on a bend you'll just slam into the wall.
It's brilliant because it adds a new dimension to the game - the other cars aren't your only enemies on the course because you'll be scrambling to avoid these hazardous patches as well.
Check it out. You'll be impressed, and if you aren't you need new glasses. We'll be uploading loads more videos of each of the cities in the game over the course of the week, so hold tight for that.
It was sure better than your p**s-poor statement. PGR3 was a great game with great online mode, graphics and gameplay. PGR4 will be the same, with more of everything in a prettier shell.
So I dont see where your complaint about PGR 3 stands.
For the record PGR3 was brill but as said - isnt a patch on PGR2. Doesnt stop it from being a damn good racing game though and better than 90% of the other racers out there
Psychomania, whilst your comments do have some basis, you've barely even played PGR3. It's a game that grows on you and you should have given it more time.
